We offer Property Management services in three different levels to allow you to select the right service for your specific needs at a cost that is affordable. You can select our starter package property management service that provides rental management help and guidance aka “Co-Pilot” or select our our Elite Package that covers full property management from communicating with inquiries, booking reservations, sending pre-arrival documents to guests and communicating with guests during their stay to answer any questions and resolve problems that may arise.
Starter Package
$295 Setup & 4% Management Fee
Property Management
This Package ensures you meet and exceed the average 1 hour response time to guests to become a SuperHost and also includes Coaching Sessions on how to handle guests or property situations as they arise as well as communicating with reservation inquiries timely and accurately to ensure that you maximize bookings for your rental property!
Premium Package
$475 Setup & 8% Management Fee
Property Management
This Package includes everything in the Starter Package plus automating specific guest communications to ensure timely and accurately communications as well as full communications with your guests prior to and during their stay. This also includes creating a pre-arrival template for your property. All in an effort to secure more bookings for your properties!
Elite Package
$675 Setup & 12% Management Fee

This Plan includes everything in the Starter & Premium Packages plus allows you to fully rely on our team of property management experts to not only communicate with inquiries, guests during their stay, manage reservations including creating and sending a personalized pre-arrival document to your guests, scheduling cleaning appointments and ensuring that your property is properly cleaned prior to new guests checking into your property. All of this effort and attention should lead to you becoming a SuperHost! All in an effort to secure more bookings for your properties!
